Also, a client of DFPG Investments Inc. contested Nir Regev’s sales practices by filing FINRA Arbitration: 19-00219. Supposedly, Regev breached fiduciary duties. It appears that Regev caused the client to sustain damages. Therefore, FINRA Arbitrators issued an Award dated July 10, 2019, compelling Regev to compensate the client in the amount of $4,999 in compensatory damages.
