FINRA Files Complaint Against Peter Fetherston

Notably, FINRA says that those customers did not owe him commissions. The regulator says that Fetherston used customer funds to pay his personal expenses. Also, Fetherston allegedly provided false testimony in FINRA’s investigation.

Principal Securities Inc. Investor Complains About Peter Fetherston

Evidently, a Principal Securities Inc. client filed a complaint about Peter Fetherston. Namely, the client alleged that Fetherston received checks from them for investments and commissions. On February 28, 2020, Principal Securities Inc. settled this matter by paying the client $89,000 in damages.

MML Investor Services LLC Securities Broker Discharged

Also, MML Investor Services LLC terminated the registration of Fetherston on October 17, 2017, because of a criminal charge.

Principal Securities Inc. Disaffiliates With Peter Fetherston For Violation Of Policy

Specifically, on January 23, 2020, Principal Securities Inc. terminated the registration of Fetherston. Evidently, Principal Securities Inc. alleged that Fetherston failed to comply with the securities broker dealer’s policies.
