Investors Suggest Losses Caused By Rita Mansour

The investment loss lawyers at Soreide Law Group are reviewing possible investor disputes against Rita Mansour (CRD#: 1968418, Toledo, Ohio). Namely, Mansour is a securities broker and financial advisor for McDonald Partners LLC. Evidently, four investors contend that their losses are attributable to Mansour’s sales practice violations. Here’s a closer look at the allegations against Mansour.

McDonald Partners Client Indicates Rita Mansour Made Unsuitable Recommendations

Evidently, a client of McDonald Partners brought an investment dispute about Rita Mansour. In fact, multiple investors allege in this October 2020 FINRA Arbitration Claim that Mansour gave bad advice. Supposedly, Mansour advised the clients to invest in a private offering of securities. However, clients indicate that she did not inform them about the risks. Not only that, but the clients indicate that Mansour provided poor recommendations on several private offerings. For this reason, the clients demand $650,000 from Mansour or McDonald Partners in this ongoing matter.

Mansour Supposedly Conceals Risks Relating To Alternative Investments

Notably, a second McDonald Partners client lodged a complaint in June 2020. In this complaint, the client specifically stated that Rita Mansour did not accurately disclose all material facts relating to the client’s investment in a private securities offering. It appears that the client would not have invested in the private securities offering if apprised of critical details. In addition, Mansour purportedly did not provide documents to the client following the client’s purchase. For this reason, the client asks for $250,000 in compensation to resolve this matter. As of October 28, 2020, this matter is ongoing.

McDonald Partners Client Indicates Rita Mansour Failed To Perform Due Diligence

Also, a client of McDonald Partners came forward with a dispute in December 2019. In this lawsuit, the client makes allegations of unsuitable private placements by Rita Mansour. It is possible that she failed to consider the client’s risk tolerance, investment objectives or some other suitability criteria. Notably, the client indicated that Mansour did not perform due diligence on the securities offering. In addition, Mansour allegedly did not alert the client to all important information about investments. For this reason, the client suggests that losses on DPPs, LPs or private securities offerings were attributable to Mansour’s actions. The client alleges $100,000 in damages.

McDonald Partners Client Suggests Mansour Omitted Facts About Investments

Apparently, in a September 30, 2019 complaint, the client suggests that Rita Mansour did not sufficiently explain information about the funds relating to a contingency offering. It appears that Mansour also failed to tell the client about the status of a project relating to the private securities offering. Evidently, this client demanded $250,000 to settle this matter which is ongoing.
