Evidently, a client of Axiom Capital Management Inc. contested Robert Doyle’s sales practices, according to a complaint dated July 15, 2015. Allegedly, Doyle recommended investments which poorly performed during the period from July 2014 to July 2015. It appears that Doyle allegedly caused the client to experience damages on options. Consequently, the client sought compensation from Axiom Capital Management Inc. or Doyle in the amount of $55,000 in this matter. However, the firm closed this complaint without a resolution.

CIBC World Markets Investor Accused Doyle Of Unsuitable Recommendations, Breach Of Contract, And Negligence

Additionally, a CIBC World Markets Corporation client filed NASD Arbitration No. 04-01242 about Robert Doyle. Primarily, the client alleged that Doyle breached his fiduciary duty, engaged in churning, made negligent misrepresentations, breached a contract, made unsuitable recommendations, violated federal securities laws, engaged in unfair dealing, and was negligent. For this reason, the client allegedly suffered damages on stocks. Therefore, on March 1, 2005, CIBC World Markets Corporation settled the matter for $600,000.
