Rocco Maselli Linked To VCS Venture Securities Client Dispute Re: Breach Of Fiduciary Duty

Investors potentially incurred losses because of securities broker Rocco Michael Maselli (also known as Rocco Micheal Masell, Rocco Micheal Maselli, and Rock Maselli) [CRD: 2791357, Garden City, New York], based on disclosures on Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) BrokerCheck. Evidently, Maselli has been registered with VCS Venture Securities since September 24, 2021, and previously worked for Joseph Stone Capital L.L.C. in Mineola, New York, from August 3, 2015, to September 29, 2021. Consequently, on July 24, 2025, VCS Venture Securities settled this matter by paying the client $128,000 in damages.

Gunnallen Financial Investor Accused Rocco Maselli Of Unauthorized Trading

Specifically, a client of GunnAllen Financial and Morgan Wilshire Securities contested Rocco Maselli’s sales practices by filing FINRA Arbitration No. 08-05038. Allegedly, Maselli executed unauthorized trades, and churned the client’s account. It appears that Maselli caused the client to sustain damages associated with over-the-counter equities. Therefore, GunnAllen Financial and Morgan Wilshire Securities opted to settle the matter on April 20, 2010, by compensating the client in the amount of $14,999.

Morgan Wilshire Investor Accused Rock Maselli Of Improper Account Handling

Evidently, a Morgan Wilshire client filed FINRA Arbitration No. 05-04644 about Rocco Maselli. Primarily, the client alleged that Maselli improperly handled the client’s account. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages linked to stocks. As a result, on July 12, 2006, Morgan Wilshire settled this matter by paying the client $17,000 in damages.
