Shay Scruggs worked for Rockefeller Financial LLC and Rockefeller Capital Management since June 5, 2020, and previously worked for UBS Financial Services Inc. from May 2, 2014, to July 2, 2020. As a result, UBS Financial Services Inc. opted to settle the matter on February 7, 2022, by compensating the client in the amount of $195,000.
