Citigroup Clients File Disputes About Thomas Tibaldi

Evidently, a client of Citigroup Global Markets contested Thomas Tibaldi's sales practices by filing FINRA Arbitration #: 22-00982 on May 6, 2022. Supposedly, Tibaldi misrepresented information, breached a fiduciary duty, and failed to supervise. Allegedly, the mutual transactions involving this securities broker resulted in damages for the client. Therefore, the client seeks compensatory relief from Citigroup Global Markets or Tibaldi in the amount of $44,356 in this ongoing matter.

Citigroup Global Markets Client Accuses Tibaldi Of Omissions

Also, on October 15, 2013, a Citigroup Global Markets client filed an investment-related complaint about Thomas Tibaldi. Specifically, the client alleged that Tibaldi omitted information about penalties and volatility and made inappropriate transactions. For this reason, the client claims that they experienced damages relating to investments in mutual funds. Therefore, the client requested compensation from Citigroup Global Markets or Tibaldi. However, the securities broker-dealer denied this complaint.

Evidently, on April 18, 2008, a Citigroup Global Markets client filed an investment-related complaint about Thomas Tibaldi. Specifically, the client alleged that Tibaldi made unsuitable transactions and misrepresentations. Because of this, the client purportedly sustained damages pertaining to investments in mutual funds. Therefore, the client requested compensation from Citigroup Global Markets or Tibaldi. However, the securities broker-dealer denied this complaint.

Tibaldi Allegedly Provides Unsuitable Advice To Citicorp Investment Services Client

Also, on April 26, 2006, a Citicorp Investment Services client filed an investment-related complaint about Thomas Tibaldi. Specifically, the client alleged that Tibaldi made inappropriate investment recommendations. For this reason, the client claims that they experienced damages relating to investments in mutual funds. Therefore, the client requested compensation from Citicorp Investment Services or Tibaldi. However, the securities broker-dealer denied this complaint.
