Tyson Allred Involved In Investor Disputes Regarding Misrepresentation

Evidently, Allred worked for U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. from April 27, 2005, to November 7, 2022, and is currently registered with LPL Financial LLC since January 17, 2023. Allred Accused By U.S. Bancorp Client Of Sales Practice Violations

Specifically, on September 5, 2023, a U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. client filed a complaint about Tyson Allred. The client alleged that Allred assured them that the investment chosen for them involved protected principal and a fixed return after two years. Consequently, the client allegedly sustained damages on unit investment trusts. Therefore, the client requested $998,131.88 in compensation from U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. or Allred. However, the firm denied the complaint on November 2, 2023.

U.S. Bancorp Client Alleged That Tyson Allred Misled Them

Notably, a client of U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. contested Tyson Allred's sales practices, according to a complaint dated June 5, 2023. Allegedly, Allred misled the client about the investments that he had made for her. It appears that Allred allegedly caused the client to sustain damages on mutual funds. Therefore, the client sought compensation from U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. or Allred in the amount of $42,409.21 in this matter. This complaint was denied by the firm on August 1, 2023.

Allred Discloses Unsuitable Trading Allegations By U.S. Bancorp Client

Specifically, on March 5, 2015, a U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. client filed a complaint about Tyson Allred. The client alleged that Allred engaged in unsuitable trading. Consequently, the client allegedly sustained damages on mutual funds and unit investment trusts. Therefore, the client requested $20,000 in compensation from U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. or Allred. However, the firm denied the complaint on March 20, 2015.
