Investors File Disputes About William Young

It appears that Young caused the client to sustain damages on REITs (real estate investment trusts) and BDC (business development company) products. Therefore, H. Beck Inc. opted to settle the matter on January 18, 2022, by compensating the client in the amount of $30,000.

Kingswood Capital Partners LLC Investor Accused William Young Of Unsuitable Advice

Also, on October 1, 2020, a Kingswood Capital Partners LLC client filed a complaint about William Young. Namely, the client alleged that Young made unsuitable recommendations. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages on UITs and REITs (real estate investment trusts). Therefore, the client requested $5,000 in compensation from Kingswood Capital Partners LLC or Young. However, the securities firm denied this complaint.

Young Disclosed Overconcentration Allegations By H. Beck Inc. Client

Specifically, a client of H. Beck Inc. contested William Young’s sales practices by filing FINRA Arbitration: 18-04151. Allegedly, Young overconcentrated accounts. It appears that Young caused the client to sustain damages on REITs (real estate investment trusts). Therefore, H. Beck Inc. opted to settle the matter on September 23, 2019, by compensating the client in the amount of $24,000.

Young worked for H. Beck Inc. from February 2010 to October 2017. He joined Kingswood Capital Partners LLC as a securities broker in June 2018. Also, he joined Kingswood Wealth Advisors LLC as a financial advisor in March 2018.
