Apparently, a client of FMSbonds contested Zachary Feinsilver’s securities business by placing a complaint dated December 19, 2018. Allegedly, Feinsilver put the client in unsuitable bonds. Allegedly, these municipal debt investments did not comport with the client’s risk tolerance or other criteria relating to suitability. Also, it seems that the municipal bonds which Feinsilver possibly recommended or sold had caused the client to sustain losses. Consequently, the client made a claim for compensatory damages from FMSbonds or Feinsilver in the amount of $190,000 in this ongoing matter.
FMSbonds Investors Indicate That Feinsilver Made Unreasonable Trades
Evidently, on December 7, 2017, an FMSbonds client filed FINRA Arbitration #: 17-03209 concerning Zachary Feinsilver. Notably, the client asserted that Feinsilver executed unreasonable trades due to the client's investment profile. For this reason, the client experienced losses on municipal bonds. As a result, on May 7, 2018, FMSbonds resolved this issue through compensating the client in the amount of $50,000.

Allegedly, Feinsilver falsified the details concerning the risks or the terms of bonds. Consequently, the client demanded compensation from FMSbonds or Feinsilver in the amount of $75,000 in this ongoing matter.
FMSbonds Investors Suggest That Feinsilver Made Lousy Municipal Bond Recommendations
Supposedly, in 2013, an FMSbonds client brought a formal dispute in reference to Zachary Feinsilver. Apparently, the client contended that Feinsilver falsified the features, benefits or disadvantages of investments. It appears that the securities broker potentially recommended unreasonable investments too. Allegedly, these investments did not comport with the client’s goals, risk tolerance or other criteria relating to suitability. For this reason, the client requested $8,000 in compensation from FMSbonds or Feinsilver. However, this complaint closed without resolution.
