Allegedly, Miles did not perform due diligence on conservation easement investments made between 2015 and 2017. These investments were supposedly misrepresented to the client. Consequently, The Strategic Financial Alliance Inc. opted to settle the matter on October 6, 2022, by compensating the client in the amount of $90,000.
