Biaggio Caroleo Involved In Client Disputes

Soreide Law Group is presently investigating potential claims on behalf of investors who may have incurred financial losses through dealings with Biaggio Anthony Caroleo (also known as Blaise Anthony Caroleo) (CRD:5256393, New York, NY). Caroleo worked for SW Financial from December 10, 2019, to May 10, 2022. FINRA expelled that firm on May 12, 2023. Prior to that, he worked for Worden Capital Management LLC from November 4, 2016, to December 10, 2019, another firm that was expelled by FINRA on July 25, 2022. Evidently, on November 10, 2022, a SW Financial client initiated FINRA Arbitration: 22-02586 about Biaggio Caroleo. The client specifically accused Caroleo of unsuitability, excessive trading and commissions, unauthorized trading, and negligence. As a result of these allegations, the client purportedly incurred damages on equities, common stocks, and preferred stocks. Consequently, the client is asking for approximately $264,475.00 in damages either from SW Financial or Caroleo.

Worden Capital Management LLC Investor Accused Biaggio Caroleo Of Churning, Excessive Commissions

On March 21, 2022, a client of Worden Capital Management LLC filed FINRA Arbitration: 22-00347, challenging Biaggio Caroleo's trading activities. Specifically, the client alleged that Caroleo engaged in churning, charged excessive commissions, and carried out unauthorized trading, among other allegations. The client claims to have suffered damages on equities, common stocks, and preferred stocks, and is seeking approximately $210,180.83 in damages from either Worden Capital Management LLC or Caroleo. Evidently, this arbitration is still unresolved and involves multiple clients.

Also, a client lodged FINRA Arbitration: 20-00801 about Biaggio Caroleo on March 11, 2020. Particularly, the client has accused Caroleo of activities including churning and both qualitative and quantitative unsuitability, that supposedly took place between December 2017 and May 2018. Damages on equities and stocks are the crux of the client's complaint. Accordingly, the client is seeking around $411,740.00 in damages either from Worden Capital Management LLC or Caroleo. It appears that this arbitration is still pending.
