Additionally, a Creative Planning client filed AAA Arbitration No. 01-20-0014-7055 about Brandon Hanna. Primarily, the client alleged that Hanna breached his fiduciary duty, made misrepresentations and omissions, and was negligent. As a result, on August 3, 2022, a AAA Arbitration Panel issued an Award ordering Creative Planning or Hanna to pay the client $1,593,119.50.

Consequently, JAMS Arbitrators issued an Award dated July 7, 2023 compelling Creative Planning or Hanna to compensate the client in the amount of $7,178,318.71.
