As a result, on December 17, 2024, Berthel Fisher Company Financial Services Inc. settled this matter by paying the client $56,000 in damages.

Consequently, Berthel Fisher Company Financial Services Inc. opted to settle the matter on April 6, 2021, by compensating the client in the amount of $10,000.
