Bruce Beetz Linked To Emerson Equity LLC Client Arbitration Claims Re: Breach Of Fiduciary Duty

Investors apparently complained about securities broker Bruce Robert Beetz [CRD: 1527269, Hollister, California], based on disclosures on FINRA BrokerCheck. Evidently, Beetz has been registered with Emerson Equity LLC since November 4, 2019, and previously worked for Oak Tree Securities Inc. in Paicines, California, from April 2, 2001, to November 4, 2019. Also, on January 10, 2025, an Emerson Equity LLC client filed FINRA Arbitration No. 24-02486 about Bruce Beetz. Primarily, the client alleged that Beetz breached a contract, breached his fiduciary duty, was negligent, made misrepresentations and omissions, violated FINRA rules, violated federal securities laws, violated the California Securities Act, and violated Best Interest Obligations. For this reason, the client allegedly incurred damages relating to corporate bonds. As a result, the client requested $200,000 in compensation from Emerson Equity LLC or Beetz. It appears that this arbitration is pending a resolution.

Beetz Disclosed Misrepresentation, Negligence Allegations By Emerson Equity LLC Client

Specifically, a client of Emerson Equity LLC disputed Bruce Beetz’s sales practices by filing FINRA Arbitration No. 25-00150 on January 22, 2025. Allegedly, Beetz made unsuitable recommendations, made misrepresentations and omissions of material fact, breached his fiduciary duty, breached a contract, was negligent, and violated federal and state securities laws. It appears that Beetz caused the client to sustain damages connected to corporate bonds. Consequently, the client seeks compensation from Emerson Equity LLC or Beetz in this ongoing matter.
