David Loesch Tied To NewEdge Securities Client’s Unsuitable Trading Allegations

Investors have reportedly disputed the sales practices of securities broker David Ray Loesch [CRD: 2380024, Katy, Texas], based on publicly available information on Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) BrokerCheck. Evidently, Loesch has been registered with NewEdge Securities LLC since July 7, 2017. NewEdge Securities Investor Accused Loesch Of Margin Misuse

Particularly, on August 5, 2025, a NewEdge Securities client filed FINRA Arbitration No. 25-01602 about David Loesch. Mainly, the client alleged that Loesch inappropriately used margin to purchase municipal bonds and failed to discontinue margin use following a rise in interest rates. Because of this, the investor allegedly incurred damages connected to those municipal bonds. Consequently, the client requested $179,000 in compensation from NewEdge Securities or Loesch. It appears that this arbitration is pending a resolution.

David Loesch Disclosed Unsuitable Recommendations Allegations By De Fry Client

Specifically, a client of De Fry disputed David Loesch’s sales practices, according to a complaint dated February 23, 2010. Allegedly, Loesch made unsuitable recommendations concerning fixed income investments. It appears that Loesch allegedly caused the client to sustain damages linked to corporate bonds and municipal bonds. Therefore, the client sought compensation from De Fry or Loesch in the amount of $60,000 in this matter. However, the firm denied this complaint.

First Allied Securities Investor Accused Loesch Of Unsuitable Recommendations

Notably, on August 7, 2001, a First Allied Securities client filed a complaint about David Loesch. Primarily, the client alleged that Loesch made unsuitable recommendations. For this reason, the client allegedly sustained damages relating to asset-backed bonds. As a result, the client requested $25,000 in compensation from First Allied Securities or Loesch. However, the firm denied this complaint.
