Perrotto worked for Cetera Advisors LLC from March 1, 2012, to November 3, 2025, and Cetera Investment Advisers LLC from March 22, 2024, to November 3, 2025, before registering with Bright Futures Wealth Management LLC on August 16, 2021, and later Silver Oak Securities, Incorporated on November 4, 2025. Cetera Advisors Investor Filed Unsuitable Advice Complaint About Perrotto

Particularly, a Cetera Advisors LLC client filed Civil Action No. 712421/2024 involving David Perrotto. The client alleged investment recommendations that resulted in losses.
