FINRA Sanctioned Geno Antosh For Alleged Failure To Respond To Requests
Specifically, on April 20, 2026, FINRA issued Case: 2025087471901 sanctioning Eugene Antosh. Specifically, Antosh was suspended and subsequently permanently barred as a securities broker. Notably, FINRA alleged that Antosh failed to respond to FINRA requests for information.
According to the disclosure, FINRA initiated the matter on January 15, 2026, after alleging that Antosh did not provide information requested during a regulatory inquiry. FINRA issued a Notice of Suspension on February 18, 2026. The disclosure states that Antosh did not seek termination of the suspension within the required three-month period.
As a result, according to FINRA Rule 9552(h), the suspension converted into a permanent bar effective April 20, 2026. The regulatory action was resolved by letter. The bar applies to Antosh’s association with any FINRA member firm in all capacities.
Eugene Antosh Resigned Over Alleged Investor Borrowing Arrangement And Unauthorized Activities
Notably, Ameriprise Financial Services LLC disaffiliated with Antosh on August 25, 2025. Allegedly, Antosh resigned while under review for alleged violations of firm policies concerning receiving client loans and engaging in unauthorized activity involving client accounts. Prior to his departure, he was suspended by the firm on August 19, 2025.
