Franz Lambert Discloses Allegations Of Misrepresentation

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) reports important information about securities broker Franz Lambert AKA Franz Helmut Lambert II [CRD#: 4463792, New York, NY]. Evidently, investors disputed the sales practices of the securities broker, who worked for Worden Capital Management. Additionally, the securities broker discloses a regulatory enforcement action. Worden Capital Management Investor Accuses Franz Lambert Of Misrepresentation

Evidently, a Worden Capital Management client filed a complaint about Franz Lambert. Notably, the client alleged that Lambert made unsuitable transactions, made misrepresentations and omissions, churned the client’s account, violated securities laws, breached a contract, and breached a fiduciary duty. Because of this, the client sustained damages on stocks. Therefore, on April 5, 2022, Worden Capital Management settled this matter with the client.

Lambert Discloses Negligence Allegations By Worden Capital Management Client

Also, a client of Worden Capital Management contested Franz Lambert’s sales practices by filing FINRA Arbitration #: 19-01580. Allegedly, Lambert was negligent, made unsuitable transactions, breached a fiduciary duty, breached a contract, made misrepresentations, and made omissions. Supposedly, the over-the-counter equities and stocks which Lambert sold or recommended had caused the client to sustain damages. Therefore, Worden Capital Management opted to settle the matter on September 1, 2020 by compensating the client in the amount of $29,999.98.

Worden Capital Management Investor Accuses Franz Lambert Of Churning

Evidently, a Worden Capital Management client filed FINRA Arbitration #: 19-02523 about Franz Lambert. Namely, the client alleged that Lambert breached a fiduciary duty, was negligent, failed to supervise, acted unethically, churned the client’s account, made unauthorized transactions, and violated securities laws. Because of this, the client sustained damages on over-the-counter equities and stocks. Therefore, on August 29, 2019, the client asked Worden Capital Management for $781,500.57. This matter is ongoing.

Lambert Discloses Unauthorized Transactions Allegations By Investors Capital Corp. Client

Also, a client of Investors Capital Corp. contested Franz Lambert’s sales practices, according to a complaint dated October 28, 2009. Allegedly, Lambert made unauthorized transactions, churned the client’s account, and made excessive transactions. Supposedly, the stocks which Lambert sold or recommended had caused the client to sustain damages. Therefore, the client seeks compensatory relief from Investors Capital Corp. or Lambert in the amount of $40,000 in this ongoing matter.

Vfinance Investments Investor Accuses Franz Lambert Of Unauthorized Transactions

Evidently, a client of Vfinance Investments contested Franz Lambert’s sales practices, according to a complaint dated June 5, 2009. Allegedly, Lambert made unauthorized transactions. Supposedly, the stocks which Lambert sold or recommended had caused the client to sustain damages. Therefore, the client asked for compensatory relief from Vfinance Investments or Lambert in the amount of $8,547.02. However, this complaint was denied.

FINRA Sanctions Lambert

Supposedly, from November 2016 through June 2019, Lambert excessively traded a client's account while associated with Worden Capital Management LLC. Specifically, Lambert recommended that the client engage in high-frequency trading, resulting in Lambert executing 200 trades in the client’s account. This caused an annualized cost-to-equity ratio of 67.63% and an annualized turnover rate of 15.10. Lambert’s recommendations resulted in the client being charged $289,660.00 in commissions, $308,983.00 in trading costs, and realizing losses in the amount of $320,906.00. FINRA determined found that Lambert’s trading was excessive and unsuitable. As a result, Lambert violated FINRA Rules 2010 and 2111.
