This caused an annualized cost-to-equity ratio of 67.63% and an annualized turnover rate of 15.10. Lambert’s recommendations resulted in the client being charged $289,660.00 in commissions, $308,983.00 in trading costs, and realizing losses in the amount of $320,906.00. FINRA determined found that Lambert’s trading was excessive and unsuitable. As a result, Lambert violated FINRA Rules 2010 and 2111.
