Investors’ Unsuitable Recommendations Allegations Against Yvars

Jack Yvars has faced multiple allegations regarding his conduct with clients’ investments. One notable case involves a FINRA Arbitration No. 23-03339 from November 20, 2023, where Osaic Wealth Inc. clients alleged that Yvars recommended mutual funds that were unsuitable based on their investment needs and objectives. For this reason, the client alleged $104,624 in damages in this ongoing matter.

Royal Alliance Client Dispute Involved Purported Unsuitable Advice By Jack Yvars

Another dispute was FINRA Arbitration No. 23-01037 on April 18, 2023, where a Royal Alliance Associates Inc. client alleged that the mutual funds portfolio recommended by Yvars in 2021 failed to meet their risk tolerance and investment objectives. Because of this, the customer allegedly experienced losses on the mutual funds. The alleged damages in this case are reported at $250,000. This matter is ongoing.
