has been permanently barred by FINRA from acting as a broker or otherwise associating with firms that sell securities to the public. On FINRA’s BrokerCheck, Jerry D. McCutchen has at least 22 customer complaints filed against him. Some of the claims allege the investments purchased were unsuitable and misrepresented by McCutchen. The claimants also allege the firms failed to supervise the actions of McCutchen. In one of the claims they allege the McCutchen’s client purchased an investment in 2009 and 2010 and it was unsuitable and misrepresented to them by Jerry D. McCutchen. The claimants also allege the firm failed to supervise the actions of the representative. The damage amount requested was $800,000.00.
