Driggers has 5 disclosures, all 5 are “Customer Disputes. Driggers was registered as a broker with MORGAN STANLEY of Sarasota, Florida from 06/01/2009 - 05/18/2021. He is currently not registered. The significance of Drigger’s disclosures is underscored in FINRA NOTICE to MEMBERS 03-49. FINRA conducted a review of the CRD’s of all registered representatives, only .41% had been the subject of 3 or more customer complaints. In other words,JIMMY Y DRIGGERS’ customer complaints rank him in the top one-hundredth percent of all registered representatives for customer complaints.
According to the “Customer Disputes” filed against JIMMY Y DRIGGERS, 3 have settled, 1 was denied and 1 is pending. The pending dispute was filed 11/1/2024 with the allegations, “Claimants alleges violations of Reg BI and Misrepresentation with respect to alternative investment strategy - 2012 to 2021.”
On 4/12/2022 the dispute filed against JIMMY Y DRIGGERS settled, however the settlement amount is not listed on the FINRA report. The damage amount requested was $4,000,000.00. The allegations were, “Claimants, who are grantors and beneficiaries of trust, alleged, inter alia, that FA, in concert with the Trustee, used funds from Liquidity Asset Lines set up without their knowledge to invest in an outside real estate investment owned by FA and his family- April 2008 to April 2022.”
Another customer dispute filed against JIMMY Y DRIGGERS on 8/24/2020 settled for $20,000.00 following the allegations of, “Claimants alleges, inter alia, that investments sold to them were unsuitable - 8/1/2016 to 7/31/2020.”
There have been allegations that JIMMY Y DRIGGERS may have recommended an unsuitable investments involving high concentrations of illiquid private equity investments combined with a Liquidity Access Line (LAL), which allegedly may have exposed the investor to significant financial risk.
