James Jenkins Linked To Crown Capital Securities Investor Arbitration Claim About Misrepresentation

Jenkins worked for Wealth Enhancement Brokerage Services LLC and Wealth Enhancement Advisory Services LLC since January 2, 2026, and previously worked for firms including Strategic Advocates LLC from September 19, 2022, to January 2, 2026, CreativeOne Securities LLC from March 6, 2024, to December 31, 2025, and Crown Capital Securities L.P. from January 3, 2023, to March 12, 2024. Crown Capital Securities Client Accused Jenkins Of Breach Of Fiduciary Duty, Breach Of Contract

Particularly, a Crown Capital Securities L.P. client filed FINRA Arbitration No. 24-00606 about James Jenkins. Mainly, the client alleged that Jenkins made misrepresentations, breached a contract, failed to supervise certain representatives, breached his fiduciary duty, and made unsuitable recommendations regarding alternative investments. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages connected to direct investments and oil and gas investments. Therefore, on December 3, 2024, Crown Capital Securities L.P. settled this matter by paying the client $157,500 in damages.

James Jenkins Disclosed Unsuitable Recommendations, Excessive Fees Allegations By Crown Capital Securities Client

Notably, a client of Crown Capital Securities L.P. and Cambridge Investment Research Inc. contested James Jenkins’s sales practices, according to a complaint dated March 31, 2021. Allegedly, Jenkins made unsuitable recommendations and misrepresentations, while also charging excessive fees that were not disclosed. It appears that Jenkins allegedly caused the client to suffer damages pertaining to fixed annuities and variable annuities. Consequently, the client sought compensation from Crown Capital Securities L.P. or Jenkins in the amount of $510,000 in this matter. The complaint was ultimately denied on April 26, 2021.
