Allegedly, Barjenbruch engaged in dishonest or unethical business practices by violating FINRA Rule 2210, including failing to include required disclosures in a communication and failing to submit that communication to Securities America Inc. for approval. Consequently, Barjenbruch was ordered to pay a monetary penalty of $1,500.
