He was terminated from Stifel, Nicolaus in September of 2016, according to FINRA’s BrokerCheck, for providing “inaccurate information on his employment application with member firm regarding the status of an internal inquiry at his prior firm.” He resigned from Merrill Lynch in March of 2016, for allegedly “engaging in undisclosed outside business activity/private investments and borrowing money from clients.”
