Specifically, on November 19, 2025, FINRA issued Case: 2023080015803 sanctioning Luis Jean-Bart for infractions. Specifically, Jean-Bart was suspended for ten months and fined $5,000. FINRA’s investigation related to possible involvement in crypto asset investments outside of PFS Investments Inc. Under FINRA Rule 8210, brokers must provide requested information. According to FINRA, Jean-Bart did not fully respond to multiple requests, even after extensions.

FINRA suspended Jean-Bart beginning August 5, 2024, for noncompliance. Although he later submitted materials and had the suspension lifted on October 14, 2024, additional documents were still missing and not provided until February 21, 2025. FINRA found this conduct violated Rules 8210 and 2010.
