BrokerCheck shows that a Fifth Third Securities client disputed Kildis’ sales practices. Specifically, the client claims that Kildis inappropriately recommended for them to distribute money from their retirement account to buy a structured CD. However, Fifth Third Securities denied this unsuitable recommendation allegation and the client’s claim.
