FINRA Sanctions Mitchell Biernick

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) reports important information about securities broker Mitchell Scott Biernick (CRD: 2690172, Ronkonkoma, New York). Not only has FINRA sanctioned Biernick for failing to testify when FINRA investigated him for potential FINRA rule violations on suitability, but investors disputed his sales practices. Biernick Barred By FINRA For Failure To Testify

Notably, FINRA issued Acceptance, Waiver, and Consent No. 2019060645002 on October 18, 2022, sanctioning Mitchell Biernick for infractions. Allegedly, Biernick failed to testify when FINRA investigated the securities broker for possible violations of FINRA suitability rules. Therefore, Biernick was barred as a securities broker.

Mitchell Biernick Discloses Negligence Allegations By JP Turner Company LLC Client

Also, a client of JP Turner Company LLC contested Mitchell Biernick’s sales practices, according to a complaint dated February 19, 2014. Allegedly, Biernick was negligent, churned accounts, made misrepresentations, made unsuitable recommendations, breached fiduciary duties, and breached a contract. Supposedly, Biernick caused the client to sustain damages. Therefore, the client requested compensation from JP Turner Company LLC or Biernick in the amount of $106,000. However, the securities firm denied this complaint.

American Capital Partners LLC Investor Accuses Biernick Of Excessive Trading

Specifically, an American Capital Partners LLC client filed NASD Arbitration: 04-07386 about Mitchell Biernick. Namely, the client alleged that Biernick engaged in excessive trading, gave unsuitable advice, and engaged in unauthorized trading. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages on over-the-counter equities. Therefore, on August 26, 2005, American Capital Partners LLC settled this matter by paying the client $85,000 in damages.
