Pat Russi Discloses Allegations Of Misconduct

Investors have come forward with complaints about securities broker Pat Russi (also known as Praxedes Russi) (CRD:  2588105, Garden City, NY). Evidently, the securities broker, who worked for Worden Capital Management LLC, discloses client disputes via Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) BrokerCheck. Notably, one or more investors allege that Russi churned accounts, charged excessive commissions, and engaged in unauthorized trading. Worden Capital Management LLC Investor Accuses Pat Russi Of Misconduct

Also, on March 21, 2022, a Worden Capital Management LLC client filed FINRA Arbitration: 22-00347 about Pat Russi. Namely, the client alleged that Russi churned accounts and charged excessive commissions. The client also alleged that the broker engaged in unauthorized trading, made unsuitable recommendations, was negligent, breached a contract, and acted unethically. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages by investing in stocks and over-the-counter equities. Therefore, the client requested $15,974 in compensation from Worden Capital Management LLC or Russi. Evidently, this arbitration is pending a resolution.

SW Financial Investor Accuses Russi Of Churning

Additionally, an SW Financial client filed FINRA Arbitration: 18-01055 about Pat Russi. Namely, the client alleged that Russi churned accounts. Supposedly, the stockbroker also made unsuitable recommendations, engaged in unauthorized trading, and breached a contract. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages by investing in stocks. Therefore, on June 26, 2019, SW Financial settled this matter by paying the client $7,500 in damages.

Pat Russi Discloses Misrepresentation Allegations By First Liberty Investment Group Client

Also, a client of First Liberty Investment Group contested Pat Russi’s sales practices. The client brought a complaint dated January 19, 1999. Allegedly, Russi made misrepresentations and failed to follow instructions. Supposedly, Russi caused the client to sustain damages by investing in over-the-counter equities. Therefore, the client sought compensatory relief from First Liberty Investment Group or Russi in the amount of $78,523.97 in this now-closed matter.

  • Russi has worked for Traderfield Securities Inc. in Flushing, NY, as a securities broker since July 1, 2022.
