Peter Sandler Faced Aegis Capital Corp Investor Complaint About Misrepresentation

Investors have reportedly disputed the sales practices of securities broker Peter Sandler [CRD: 2847717, New York, New York], according to public information on Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) BrokerCheck. It appears that Sandler worked for Dominari Securities LLC beginning on February 29, 2024, and previously worked for Aegis Capital Corp. from August 7, 2017, to March 28, 2024. Aegis Capital Corp. Investor Accused Sandler Of Breach Of Fiduciary Duty

Particularly, on September 9, 2025, an Aegis Capital Corp. client filed FINRA Arbitration No. 25-01901 about Peter Sandler. Mainly, the client alleged that Sandler breached his fiduciary duty, made unsuitable recommendations, made misrepresentations, made omissions, violated FINRA rules, and breached a contract. For this reason, the client allegedly sustained damages linked to private placements. Consequently, the client requested $5,000 or more in compensation from Aegis Capital Corp. or Sandler. It appears that this arbitration is awaiting a resolution.

Peter Sandler Disclosed Churning Allegations By J.P. Turner Company LLC Client

Notably, a client of J.P. Turner Company LLC disputed Peter Sandler’s sales practices, based on a complaint dated April 6, 2015. Allegedly, Sandler churned accounts, made unsuitable recommendations, and breached his fiduciary duty. It appears that Sandler allegedly caused the investor to sustain damages associated with over-the-counter equities and stocks. As a result, the client sought compensation from J.P. Turner Company LLC or Sandler in the amount of $309,795.93 in this matter. However, this complaint closed without a resolution.

Dalton Kent Securities Investor Accused Sandler Of Failure To Follow Instructions

Evidently, on January 24, 2000, a Dalton Kent Securities client filed a complaint about Peter Sandler. Primarily, the client alleged that Sandler failed to follow instructions. Because of this, the client allegedly incurred damages connected to over-the-counter equities and stocks. Therefore, the client requested $6,606.40 in compensation from Dalton Kent Securities or Sandler.
