Supposedly, the variable annuities and GPB investments which Reese sold or recommended had caused the client to sustain damages. Therefore, Money Concepts Capital Corp. opted to settle the matter on November 30, 2020 by compensating the client in the amount of $110,000.

Evidently, on June 29, 2020, a Money Concepts Capital Corp. client filed a complaint about Ray Reese. Namely, the client alleged that Reese committed sales practice violations. Because of this, the client sustained damages on variable annuities. Therefore, the client requested $200,000 in compensation from Money Concepts Capital Corp. or Reese. Evidently, this complaint is pending a resolution.

Reese Discloses Misrepresentation Allegations By Pruco Securities Client

Also, a client of Pruco Securities contested Ray Reese’s sales practices, according to a complaint. Allegedly, Reese made misrepresentations. Supposedly, the insurance products which Reese sold or recommended had caused the client to sustain damages. Therefore, Pruco Securities opted to settle the matter on June 10, 2002.

Prudential Securities Investor Accuses Ray Reese Of Misrepresentation

Evidently, a Prudential Securities client filed a complaint about Ray Reese. Notably, the client alleged that Reese made misrepresentations. Because of this, the client sustained damages. Therefore, on May 25, 1999, Prudential Securities settled this matter by paying the client $7,688.27.
