Rocco Guidicipietro Tied To Alexander Capital Client Arbitration Claims About Negligence

Notably, on October 17, 2024, an Alexander Capital client filed FINRA Arbitration No. 24-02230 about Rocco Guidicipietro. Mainly, the client alleged that Guidicipietro was negligent, breached a contract, breached his fiduciary duty, and violated FINRA rules. For this reason, the client allegedly sustained damages on private equities. As a result, the client requested $1,694,000.00 in compensation from Alexander Capital or Guidicipietro.
