Consequently, the client requested $25,897.20 in compensation from LPL Financial LLC or Leblanc. However, the firm denied this complaint.

Ryan Leblanc Disclosed Unauthorized Trading, Excessive Trading Allegations By A Morgan Keegan Company Inc. Client

Specifically, a client of Morgan Keegan Company Inc. contested Ryan Leblanc’s sales practices by filing NASD Arbitration No. 99-03093. Allegedly, Leblanc engaged in unauthorized trading, excessive trading, and made unsuitable recommendations. It appears that Leblanc allegedly caused the investor to sustain damages. As a result, NASD arbitrators issued an Award dated August 21, 2000 compelling Morgan Keegan Company Inc. to compensate the client in the amount of $1 in compensatory damages and $250,000 in punitive damages.
