Therefore, the client seeks compensatory relief from Worden Capital Management or Girgiss in this ongoing matter.

Girgiss Discloses Unsuitable Recommendations Accusations By Spartan Capital Securities Client

Also, a client of Spartan Capital Securities contested Samuel Girgiss’ sales practices by filing FINRA Arbitration #: 19-03740. Allegedly, Girgiss made misrepresentations and unsuitable recommendations. Supposedly, the investments which Girgiss sold or recommended had caused the client to sustain damages. Therefore, Spartan Capital Securities opted to settle the matter on February 22, 2022 by compensating the client in the amount of $12,000.

Legend Securities Investor Accuses Samuel Girgiss Of Churning

Evidently, a Legend Securities client filed FINRA Arbitration #: 14-03866 about Samuel Girgiss. Notably, the client alleged that Girgiss churned the client’s account, made unsuitable recommendations, breached a fiduciary duty, acted unethically, breached a contract, and failed to supervise. Because of this, the client sustained damages on over-the-counter equities. Therefore, on December 24, 2014, Legend Securities settled this matter by paying the client $40,000.
