Evidently, on January 31, 2025, a National Securities Corporation client filed FINRA Arbitration No. 25-00213 about William Morrison. Mainly, the client alleged that Morrison made unsuitable recommendations and inappropriately used margin. The claim also alleged overconcentration in the technology sector.
