Evidently, on January 31, 2025, an FSC Securities Corporation client filed FINRA Arbitration No. 25-00227 about Chad Noble. Primarily, the client alleged that Noble made unsuitable recommendations and overconcentrated accounts involving real estate securities. Because of this, the investor allegedly incurred damages connected to those products. As a result, the client requested $90,000 in compensation from FSC Securities Corporation or Noble. It appears that this arbitration is pending a resolution.

Chad Noble Disclosed Misrepresentation Allegations By Securities America Inc. Client

Therefore, the client requested $8,968.98 in compensation from National Planning Corporation or Noble. However, this complaint closed without a resolution.
