CRAIG DIMA, formerly with K.C. WARD FINANCIAL, RONKONKOMA, NY, Barred by FINRA

CRAIG DAVID DIMA (CRAIG DIMA) CRD#: 2314389
was barred by FINRA after allegations that CRAIG DIMA cost his client hundreds of thousands of dollars trading Colgate-Palmolive stock without her permission.
CRAIG DIMA, who was with K.C. Ward Financial in Ronkonkoma, NY, at the time, cost the 73-year-old retiree $575,000 in charges and lost dividend payments by allegedly selling then buying back shares in her longtime employer, according to FINRA. Dima allegedly conducted 82 unauthorized trades of Colgate stock worth $15 million between June 2010 and August 2015, according to FINRA investigators. FINRA stated that allegedly Dima falsely told the client that the sales were the result of computer issues, human error or statements to that effect, rather than his unauthorized trades.
CRAIG DIMA left K.C. Ward on Feb. 21, 2017, more than six months after FINRA first made the allegations against him in the complaint, according to FINRA’s BrokerCheck.
FINRA has permanently barred CRAIG DIMA from acting as a broker or otherwise associating with firms that sell securities to the public. DIMA has 12 Disclosures on his BrokerCheck report.  He was registered in the securities industry for 21 years and listed with 18 firms, the latest listed below:
09/28/2009 - 02/21/2017  K.C. WARD FINANCIAL - RONKONKOMA, NY
