Therefore, the client seeks compensatory relief from Ameriprise Financial Services or Lauletta in the amount of $25,000 in this ongoing matter.

Evidently, a client of Ameriprise Financial Services contested Daniel Lauletta’s sales practices, according to a complaint dated February 13, 2014. Allegedly, Lauletta made omissions. Supposedly, the variable annuities which Lauletta sold or recommended had caused the client to sustain damages. Therefore, the client asked for compensatory relief from Ameriprise Financial Services or Lauletta in the amount of $21,775.47. However, this matter was denied.
