Also, an MSI Financial Services client filed Civil Suit#: 02CV-20-152-3 about Daniel Lauletta. Notably, the client alleged that Lauletta was negligent. Because of this, the client sustained damages on variable annuities and insurance products. Therefore, on December 10, 2021, MSI Financial Services settled this matter by paying the client $1,150,000.

Also, a client of Ameriprise Financial Services contested Daniel Lauletta’s sales practices by filing Civil Suit #: CV-2019-12-4647 on December 12, 2019. Allegedly, Lauletta made misrepresentations. Supposedly, the insurance products which Lauletta sold or recommended had caused the client to sustain damages. Therefore, the client seeks compensatory relief from Ameriprise Financial Services or Lauletta in the amount of $25,000 in this ongoing matter.

Lauletta Discloses Omissions Allegations By Ameriprise Financial Services Client

Evidently, a client of Ameriprise Financial Services contested Daniel Lauletta’s sales practices, according to a complaint dated February 13, 2014. Allegedly, Lauletta made omissions. Supposedly, the variable annuities which Lauletta sold or recommended had caused the client to sustain damages. Therefore, the client asked for compensatory relief from Ameriprise Financial Services or Lauletta in the amount of $21,775.47. However, this matter was denied.
