Triad, Arkadios Investors Complain About James Walesa

As a result, the client seeks compensatory relief from Arkadios Capital or Walesa in the amount of $500,000 in this ongoing matter.

Moreover, on March 16, 2023, a Triad Advisors LLC client filed a complaint about James Walesa. Evidently, the client alleged that Walesa was involved in unsuitable recommendations for investment in businesses for which he also served in positions of management or ownership. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages on DPPs or LPs. Therefore, the client requested $5,000,000 in compensation from Triad Advisors LLC or Walesa.

Additionally, a client of Triad Advisors LLC contested James Walesa's sales practices by filing FINRA Arbitration: 22-00762 on April 6, 2022. Supposedly, Walesa failed to conduct due diligence, made unsuitable recommendations, and misrepresented and omitted facts with regard to the sale of alternative investments. It appears that Walesa caused the client to sustain damages on direct investments. Therefore, the client seeks compensatory relief from Triad Advisors LLC or Walesa in the amount of $790,000 in this ongoing matter.

Also, a Triad Advisors LLC client filed FINRA Arbitration: 21-01734 about James Walesa. Evidently, the client alleged that Walesa recommended an equity fund that was unsuitable. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages. Therefore, on August 20, 2021, Triad Advisors LLC settled this matter by paying the client $20,000 in damages.
