Also, a Moloney Securities Co. Inc. client filed FINRA Arbitration No. 23-01507 about John Chaney. Notably, the client alleged unsuitable advice and negligence. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages on corporate bonds. Therefore, on March 7, 2024, Moloney Securities Co. Inc. settled this matter by paying the client $14,500 in damages. The broker dealer stated that it settled the matter for business purposes without admitting any wrongdoing or liability. Chaney continues to refute the allegations of the claims.
