John Clark Connected To PRUCO Investor Complaint About Unsuitable Advice

Investors apparently complained about securities broker John Michael Clark [CRD: 6596483, Troy, Michigan], based on disclosures on Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) BrokerCheck. It appears that Clark worked for LPL Enterprise LLC from November 14, 2024, to February 3, 2025, and for Pruco Securities LLC from February 18, 2016, to November 14, 2024. Pruco Securities Client Accused Clark Of Unsuitable Recommendations

Specifically, on September 18, 2025, a PRUCO Securities client filed Civil Action No. 25-20795-CZ about John Clark. Mainly, the client alleged that Clark made unsuitable recommendations concerning a life insurance product. For this reason, the client allegedly incurred damages. Consequently, the client requested $25,000 in compensation from PRUCO Securities or Clark. It appears that this civil suit is pending a resolution.

John Clark Disclosed Unsuitable Advice Allegations By Pruco Client

Also, a client of PRUCO Securities disputed John Clark’s sales practices, according to a complaint dated April 14, 2025. Allegedly, Clark made unsuitable recommendations relating to a life insurance product. It appears that Clark allegedly caused the investor to sustain damages. Therefore, the client sought compensation from PRUCO Securities or Clark in the amount of $18,000 in this matter. This complaint was later denied on May 6, 2025. However, the firm denied this complaint.
