Michael Maggiore Linked To Equitable Advisors LLC Investor Complaint About Misrepresentation

Specifically, a client of Equitable Advisors LLC contested Maggiore’s sales practices by filing FINRA Arbitration No. 23-03300. Allegedly, Maggiore made unsuitable recommendations involving real estate investment trusts (REITs). It appears that Maggiore allegedly caused the client to sustain damages linked to the real estate securities. As a result, Equitable Advisors LLC opted to settle the matter on January 14, 2025, by compensating the client in the amount of $28,350.15.

AXA Advisors Investor Accused Maggiore Of Misrepresentation

Additionally, on December 10, 2014, an AXA Advisors LLC client filed a complaint about Michael Maggiore. Primarily, the client alleged that Maggiore made misrepresentations in the sale of a variable life insurance policy. Because of this, the client allegedly incurred damages. Therefore, the client requested compensation from AXA Advisors LLC or Maggiore. The complaint was denied on January 28, 2015.
