Paz Chandra Linked To Osaic Wealth Inc. Investor Complaint Regarding Misrepresentation

Investors have reportedly disputed the sales practices of securities broker Paz Maria Chandra (also known as Paz Porter and Paz Salvarani) [CRD: 2405701, Dunedin, Florida], according to disclosures located on Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) BrokerCheck. Chandra has worked for Osaic Wealth Inc. since November 2, 2018, as both a broker and investment adviser. Chandra Disclosed Unsuitable Advice Allegations By Osaic Wealth Client

Specifically, a client of Osaic Wealth Inc. contested Paz Chandra’s sales practices, according to a complaint dated February 24, 2026. Allegedly, Chandra made unsuitable recommendations and misrepresentations in connection with a June 2025 purchase of variable annuities. It appears that Chandra allegedly caused the client to incur damages. Consequently, the client sought compensation from Osaic Wealth Inc. or Chandra in this matter. The complaint was denied on April 1, 2026.

Paz Chandra Disclosed Unsuitable Recommendations Allegations By LPL Financial Client

Additionally, a client of LPL Financial LLC disputed Paz Chandra’s sales practices by filing FINRA Arbitration No. 20-04084. Allegedly, Chandra made unsuitable recommendations involving alternative investments during the period from January 2015 through December 2020. It appears that Chandra allegedly caused the client to experience damages on real estate securities and business development companies. As a result LPL Financial LLC agreed to settle the matter on February 9, 2022, by compensating the client.

Chandra Disclosed Misrepresentation Allegations By IFMG Client

Particularly, a client of IFMG contested Paz Chandra’s sales practices, according to a complaint dated March 4, 2009. Allegedly, Chandra made misrepresentations involving variable annuities and failed to select principal guaranty riders connected to the investment. It appears that Chandra allegedly caused the client to sustain damages. Therefore, the client sought compensation from IFMG or Chandra in the amount of $58,824.97 in this matter. The matter settled on September 15, 2009, for $45,000, with Chandra contributing $5,000 personally.
