Kubiak has been registered with Ameriprise Financial Services LLC at its Cheektowaga, New York location since February 24, 1997, and at the firm’s Clarence Center, New York location since June 7, 2016. Ameriprise Investor Accused Kubiak Of Unsuitable Recommendations

Particularly, on March 28, 2025, an Ameriprise Financial Services LLC client filed FINRA Arbitration No. 25-00625 about Richard Kubiak. The client alleged that Kubiak made unsuitable recommendations involving insurance products, fixed annuities, variable annuities, and illiquid real estate investments. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages. Therefore, the client requested $6,075,978.00 in compensation from Ameriprise Financial Services LLC or Kubiak. Evidently, this arbitration is pending a resolution.
