Ronald York Connected To Arkadios Capital Investor Dispute Alleging Unsuitable Advice

Investors might have sustained losses due to securities broker Ronald Norman York Jr. [CRD: 4308987, Wall, New Jersey], according to disclosures on Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) BrokerCheck. York worked for Triad Advisors LLC from March 21, 2014, to April 30, 2019, and he has been registered with Arkadios Capital and Arkadios Wealth Advisors since April 30, 2019. Arkadios Capital Investor Accused York Of Sales Practice Violation

Notably, on October 28, 2025, an Arkadios Capital client filed FINRA Arbitration No. 25-02310 about Ronald York. Mainly, the client alleged that York made unsuitable recommendations involving a DST (private placement), including an allegedly unsuitable purchase dated February 1, 2022. Because of this, the client allegedly incurred damages involving a DST (private placement). As a result, the client requested damages in compensation from Arkadios Capital or York. Specifically, a client of Triad Advisors LLC contested Ronald York’s sales practices by filing FINRA Arbitration No. 20-03300. Allegedly, York made unsuitable recommendations. It appears that York caused the client to incur damages connected to direct investments including GPB Holdings. Consequently, Triad Advisors LLC opted to settle the matter on November 19, 2021, by compensating the client in the amount of $39,500.
