Dennis Haywood Facing Crown Capital Securities Client Disputes Re: Misrepresentations

Consequently, Crown Capital Securities agreed to settle the matter on May 18, 2022, by paying compensation amounting to $75,000.00.

Additionally, a Crown Capital Securities client filed FINRA Arbitration No. not applicable about Dennis Haywood. Evidently, the client claimed that Haywood recommended investments that performed poorly. This supposedly resulted in damages tied to direct investments, including non-traded business development companies and non-traded real estate investment trusts. For this reason, on March 19, 2021, Crown Capital Securities settled this matter by paying the client $160,000.00 in damages.
