For this reason, the client claims that they sustained damages pertaining to investments in corporate bonds. Therefore, the client requested $5,000 in compensation from Western International Securities or Zehtabian. Evidently, this arbitration is pending a resolution.

Fariba Zehtabian Allegedly Acts Negligently Towards Western International Securities Client

Evidently, a client of Western International Securities contested Fariba Zehtabian's sales practices by filing FINRA Arbitration #: 22-01897 on June 1, 2022. Supposedly, Zehtabian acted negligently. Allegedly, the corporate bond transactions involving this securities broker caused the client to sustain damages. Therefore, the client seeks compensatory relief from Western International Securities or Zehtabian in the amount of $300,000 in this ongoing matter.

U.S. Bancorp Investments Client Accuses Zehtabian Of Unsuitable Transactions

Also, on May 19, 2008, a U.S. Bancorp Investments client filed an investment-related complaint about Fariba Zehtabian. Specifically, the client alleged that Zehtabian made inappropriate and unsuitable transactions. Because of this, the client purportedly experienced damages relating to investments in mutual funds. Therefore, the client requested $38,263.26 in compensation from U.S. Bancorp Investments or Zehtabian. However, the securities broker-dealer denied this complaint.
