Investors potentially experienced sales practice violations by securities broker Francis Stephen Zoracki, also known as Frank Zoracki [CRD: 1363103, Irwin, Pennsylvania], according to information disclosed through Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) BrokerCheck. Zoracki has worked for Cambridge Investment Research Inc. since September 28, 2011; Cambridge Investment Research Advisors Inc. since September 28, 2011; and Duncan Financial Planning Advisors since March 12, 2026. Specifically, on December 23, 2025, a Cambridge Investment Research client filed a complaint about Francis Zoracki. Primarily, the client alleged that Zoracki engaged in unauthorized trading and made an unsuitable investment recommendation based on the clients’ stated financial profiles. For this reason, the clients allegedly sustained damages in connection with stocks. As a result, the clients requested $250,000 in compensation from Cambridge Investment Research or Zoracki. The complaint remains pending.
Additionally, a client of Robert W. Baird Co. contested Zoracki’s sales practices, according to a complaint dated November 4, 2002. Allegedly, Zoracki made unsuitable recommendations involving growth-oriented mutual funds given the clients’ backgrounds, investment objectives, and goals. It appears that Zoracki allegedly caused the clients to sustain damages. Therefore, the clients sought $60,000 in compensation from Robert W. Baird or Zoracki in this matter. Robert W. Baird denied the complaint on December 6, 2002.
Also, a client filed a complaint about Francis Zoracki concerning six variable appreciable life insurance policies. Mainly, the client alleged that Zoracki made misrepresentations about the policies by presenting them primarily as a retirement plan. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages. Consequently, Prudential Insurance Company settled this matter.
