Robert Pecha Linked To Great Point Capital LLC Investor Dispute About Breach Of Fiduciary Duty

Investors apparently complained about securities broker Robert Mark Pecha [CRD: 5579770, Chicago, Illinois], based on disclosures on Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) BrokerCheck. Pecha has worked for Great Point Capital LLC since April 8, 2020, and previously worked for Primex from May 2, 2019, to April 20, 2020. Great Point Capital Investor Accused Pecha Of Negligence, Failure To Supervise

Notably, on August 18, 2025, a Great Point Capital LLC client filed FINRA Arbitration No. 25-01709 about Robert Pecha. Mainly, the client alleged that Pecha breached his fiduciary duty, was negligent, and failed to supervise certain representatives. Because of this, the client allegedly incurred damages linked to real estate securities. Therefore, the client requested $1,117,186.96 in compensation from Great Point Capital LLC or Pecha. This arbitration awaits a resolution.

Robert Pecha Disclosed Misrepresentation, Unsuitable Advice Allegations By Concorde Client

Also, a client of Concorde Investment Services LLC contested Robert Pecha’s sales practices by filing FINRA Arbitration No. 20-00395. Allegedly, Pecha made misrepresentations, breached his fiduciary duty, and made unsuitable recommendations. It appears that Pecha allegedly caused the client to sustain damages connected to direct investments. Consequently, Concorde Investment Services LLC agreed to settle the matter on June 16, 2021, by compensating the client in the amount of $262,000.
